Below you'll find answers to common questions about Gymzee features.

Download the Gymzee app from the Apple Store. Click Don't have an account or Sign Up then provide your name, email, gym name, referral code (optional), phone number, and password. Verify your email by entering the OTP sent or clicking the verification link.

Open the app, enter your registered email and password under Login, and you will be redirected to your members page.

Open the app and navigate to the Gym page. Scroll down to Gym Configuration, click on the members plan option, and then click Add. Fill in the plan details and click Save.

Manage By Batch allows you to group members into different training slots or groups. This simplifies organizing classes, tracking attendance, and managing multiple groups at once.

Open the app, go to the Gym page, scroll to Gym Configuration, and click on batches. Click Add, enter the batch details, and then click Save.

Open the app, navigate to the Gym page, scroll to Management Tools, click the Plus Button, select your expense category, enter the details, and click the Save Icon.

Open the app, navigate to the Members section, click the add button, fill in the required details (photo, name, phone, batch, training type, package, joining date, discount, fees, due, gender, DOB, address), and click Save.
